Step 1

  1. First, take a bowl and add 2 cup boiled chickpea (white chana) in it.
  2. Make sure the chickpea should be boiled that much so that there upper layer doesn’t removed and they become soft and subtle.
  3. After this add 1 cup finely chopped cottage cheese as it is also very rich source of protein.
  4. Then add 1 cup freshly chopped tomatoes in the same bowl.
