Summer is at its peak and you all must be going crazy about the hot temperature. Why not try easy Homemade Caramel Latte! Homemade Lattes are a great way to save a bit by cutting down on coffee house visits.
A Caramel Latte is made by mixing espresso with caramel syrup and pouring steamed milk on top. It is an adaptation in which foamed milk is ‘marked’ with the espresso.
This Caramel Latte is better than the one you get at your favorite coffee house and it takes seriously no time to make and it is totally customizable.
You can make it in easy steps and here how it goes.
- 2 to 4 shots brewed espresso
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp caramel sauce
- extra caramel sauce for drizzing
- whipped cream for topping
Method to Prepare
Brew your espresso and set it aside.You can use 3 cup stovetop espresso maker to make two lattes.
Heat your milk in the microwave or stovetop until warm, but do not boil it for too long.
Now put 2 tbsp caramel sauce in each mug, and add the desired number of espresso shots, and a 1/2 cup of milk and then stir it for about 1 to 2 minutes.
After that, start adding whipped cream and later onwards float the whipped cream on the top of latte and drizzle with additional caramel.
Your Caramel latte is ready!
